Tonight was sesame crusted Miso Baked Tofu. I know that tooting your own horn isn't cool, but it was A-MA-ZING. I really, really loved it. And I can't wait to try it again. Actually, I will be eating it for lunch tomorrow and I can't wait!

Stupid knee. Had a cortisone injection in my knee. It was so painful and my knee hurt like a you know what all night. But I woke up the next day feeling great. Hoping it lasts, but my doctor tells me it won't last. :(

So tonight I made mock crab cakes with vegan hollandaise sauce, sauteed spinach and wild rice. It was really, really good and very pretty, but I forgot to take a picture of it. So at the end of the day, I hadn't taken any pictures. I will take two pictures today, I promise.

My mom is in town for the week and I got have dinner with her at Great Sage. I love that place, and I love my mom! It was so good to see her. I took my camera, but forgot to get a picture of us. I did take this picture of the sunset while I was driving to see her. The picture doesn't do it justice.
